Made our way down to Bianco the other day with my sis and guess what...we were slammed with an undesirable fact that the management is undergoing talks with the landlord over the rental. So if talks goes well, we'll be able to carry on with our plans...else they'll be either closing down or shifting to a new location. Gosh...why can't our search for the venue be a little smoother? But on the bright side, the person-in-charge was extremely helpful and I'm really thankful that he was so willing to help us with many of our problems.
In the meantime, we just have to cross our fingers and wait for the (hopefully good) news to come in Feb. Maybe we'll look at the NLB's terrace when we have the time...

Anyways rem I told u 2 that there's a suitable place in the east, it's called Beach Culture, website: http://www.beachculture.com.sg (click on the Catering tab & you can see that the menu is v.reasonable & fits your budget) Very outdoor-ish, by the beach & relaxed feel, suitable for lunchtime.
If you view the pics "more events gallery" - my fren's fren Calvin & Shirley held theirs there. Heard they under-ordered but there was still a lot of leftovers! So you no need indicate too many pax...save a lot of $$ too
