Finally managed to squeeze in some time to visit Beach Culture @ Pasir Ris on the eve of CNY (They're closed). It was really WINDY there and I had a hard time keeping my hair in place.
As for the place, it is quite a picturesque location as you can see from the slideshow of pics that I've taken and both of us quite like the place. However, I still have some reservations about outdoor places for the fear of rain (although they do provide tentage for wet weathers @ min. $550). Furthermore, walking around the beach area in high heels when it is raining is a chore.
In terms of food, they provide a good variety of food. I was looking at the cheapest menu (Due to our long guestlist and budget constraints) and it costs $35/pax. The best part is that it comes with a complimentary chocolate fondue station with chef for min. 50pax!
